You need to have at least 5 players on your team that are eligible to play in the given season. These players must be smurf checked and approved for play by an admin. It's suggested you have a substitute player or two in case one of your regulars cannot make it, but we don't enforce that.

When the series starts the expectation is that 5 of the players registered for your team will be online and in the lobby. Any sub will need to have a TrenchLeague account and be smurf cleared prior to participation.

One hour prior to the scheduled start time of your series a participating team captian will be able to go to the Series page and click the Create Lobby button. This will instruct our TrenchLeague LobbyBot to create a Captains Mode game lobby in the requested region.

The name and password of the lobby will be displayed on the page after the lobby is created. This information is visible to all participants of the series including players and casters.

Once the lobby is populated correctly you can press the Start Game button on the Series page and the bot will trigger the match to begin.

TL;DR:

1. Click Create Lobby button within an hour of your scheduled match start time
2. Join the lobby using the information displayed
3. Press Start Game when everyone is ready to play
